Holiday house
the holiday house offers hospitality to individuals and groups who request it. It provides guests with living space and internal courtyards. The simplicity and care of the rooms, the cordial welcome, and the family atmosphere favor the rest and well-being of those who visit Venice.
The service offered is an only overnight stay. A total of 92 beds are available, but they are limited to 30 from September to June during the academic year. The Institute has single rooms, double rooms, and a quad room.

- night-time closure from 24.00 to 6.00 a.m.
- check-in is scheduled from 2.00 p.m.
- check-out is expected before 10.30 a.m.
- smoking, food consumption and the use of various types of electric stoves are not allowed in the rooms
- pets are not allowed
- in the room and in adjacent places guests are requested not to make noise especially between 11.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m.
- excluding normal deterioration due to use, any other damage to the structure or objects in use will be charged to the guests
- the management is not responsible for any lost items inside the rooms and common areas, forgotten items must be requested within 15 days from the date of departure
